WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW! What a day we have in store!
First off...The SALEM listening party was fantastic last night! The new album sounds amazing! Cheers to IAMSOUND for another awesome release!
Now, I'm sure by now most of you have heard that Florence + The Machine are performing at Origami Vinyl this afternoon. We are so excited and proud that she chose us for this! Unfortunately, if you are just finding out, attendance to this event is completely filled up, but her performance will be filmed by VEVO so you can look for it there later. Also, you can add us on Twitter or Facebook to catch our quick breaking updates so you don't miss out next time.
Afterwards, stick around for Robotanists LP release party and in-store. Robotanists' first LP CURRENT is now available at Origami Vinyl in Echo Park and to celebrate the album's release they're doing a special in store performance!
Aptly titled CURRENT, the record includes hand picked selections from the band’s previous records, including songs like, “Wait a Minute Here,” “Close Down The Woods,” “Exiled State of Mind,” “Dance, Dance, Dance,” and others! Included with the album are FREE digital downloads of both full albums, CLOSE DOWN THE WOODS and SHAPES AND VARIATIONS. Each limited edition record is hand numbered, in a durable clear jacket, and made of randomly colored 150 gram deluxe vinyl… so NO TWO ARE ALIKE!!!!
Robotanists play at 7pm.
SEE YA!

KXSC presents Daedelus + Teebs "ACLA 10x6" Release Party + In-store Tonight
Come celebrate the release of the latest in the All City LA Series with Daedelus & Teebs appearing live in our loft!
For the sixth 10 of the series All City has lined up one of LA’s old guard and one of the hardest working – Daedelus (Plug Research/Brainfeeder) alongside new comer Teebs (Brainfeeder/Poobah). A founding member of LA’s Dublab internet radio station and with a discography spanning over 10 years not to mention multiple genres, Daedelus’s rep as one of the godfathers of the current beat scene is well earned. His side here reads as one continuous stream of music in six parts. Seamlessly flowing the best it builds right to the last track "Vous Ites Stereo" a fantastic Stereolab flip. On the other side Teebs, who already designed the Knxwledge cover for All City earlier this year, comes with 4 lush tracks. One of the privileged few who can post fix his name with the word ‘Brainfeeder’. Expect to hear more from him in the future. - All City

The show begins at 7pm and is brought to you by KXSC
