You know her psychedelia, surf, and noise rock from The Pixies and The Breeders, but her solo stuff gives listeners a more intimate experience while keeping the same attitude that made us fall in love with Kim decades ago.
Walking With A Killer/Dirty Hessians shows off Kim's heavy bass influence, while Hot Shot/Likkle More has a calm and relaxed attitude with some mellow guitar parts and Are You Mine?/Wish I Was doesn't hold back any feelings and is beautifully relaxing.
