One of the biggest days of the year for Origami Vinyl is almost here...

RECORD STORE DAY!!

For those of you not in the know it's this crazy day where people get together to celebrate independent record stores. Needless to say we are fully on board. Last year we had only been open for a couple of weeks and weren't really sure what to expect. We were a bit unprepared for the demand and foot traffic we received but it still ended up being a pretty epic party all day long. We had live performances from a bunch of rad local artists like Restavrant, Frank Fairfield, Charlie Wadhams, Jail Weddings, Robert Francis, and Olin and the Moon. I think we put it all together in like 2 weeks.

This year we have a whopper of a day that we're sure you will get all giggly about. For the first time ever we will be opening at 10am so that you early birds can snatch up all the rare and exclusive goodies. A list of all the releases we've gotten in will follow at the bottom of this post.
