TONIGHT IN THE LOFT: Robert Ellis at 5pm, Roommate at 7pm...ALL OF IT BITCHIN'

We've got quite a great double header in the loft tonight. It's bit all over the place stylistically, but that's how we like to do it here, and rest assured...it's all great!

First off at 5:00 pm is the equal parts Jackson Browne & Glen Campbell country of ROBERT ELLIS, one of the finest troubadours working today. He'll be performing solo versions of songs off his newest LP Photographs (out now on New West Records. Don't miss the chance to catch him in such an intimate setting.

Following at 7:00 pm we have ROOMMATE from Chicago. Making organic, quirky lo-fi pop songs for about a decade Kent Lambert, the man behind the magic, has finally solidified into a full blown band and on the latest record the concept of guitar rock is turned on its head with electronic landmines and further distorted with the likes of vibraphone, banjo, autoharp and violin. See the unconventional made functional tonight at 7pm in our loft.
