The Blind Shake, a trio consisting of brothers Mike and Jim Blaha as well as longtime buddy Dave Roper, hail  from Minneapolis, MN. The Blind Shake released their album "Seriousness" last year and now will rock the OV loft with their self-described "detuned, garage-stomp, noisy punk rock music." The Blind Shake are no rookies, releasing their first 7" Old Lines, Sore Bones, in 2004 by Fort Gezzepi---the band has since released Rizzograph (2005), Carmel (2007), and a split 7” with Birthday Suits (2008) all on Learning Curve Records.
