TONIGHT: Owl Paws in-store 7pm tonight!

A fan of folk, progressive rock and emo, and wondering if there's a way to fuse these sounds together? Well, you're in for a treat, cause Owl Paws is a cure for just what's ailing you. Owl Paws, a San Francisco-quartet reminiscent of bands like Fleet Foxes and Circa Survive, will be performing TONIGHT in-store at Origami Vinyl for a free all ages show.

Bringing together the elements of acoustic guitar, electric guitar, upright bass, drums and vocal harmonies, and with the recent of their 12" LP Carry On this past fall, originally self-released then re-released on Urban Scandal Records, this band is making waves and catching the attention of many with their use of twangy guitars laid over acoustic progressions blended with vocal harmonies and rich lyrics that explore the spectrum human emotion we all experience out in this vast world...and with a vibe reminiscent of Neutral Milk Hotel, Bright Eyes, and City and Colour, there's plenty of reasons to check out Owl Paw's sound.

Check out their video Croak and you'll get a feel for what these guys have to deliver....so come check out their live set TONIGHT at 7pm here at your very own Origami Vinyl!
