Tonight, we have Indians in our loft at 4 pm to entertain us with their synth-folk greatness!
Danish artist Søren Løkke Juul makes up Indians with his synthesized tunes with a noticeable folk lining. His debut album Somewhere Else (4AD) has enchanted listeners and critics alike. BBC said Somewhere Else's "10 tracks cast a gentle spell on their audience, Søren’s slight, treated-into-ethereality vocals woven around arrangements that politely meander around elements both acoustic and electronic."
Listen to "Cakelakers" off Somewhere Else queued below, and come out to enjoy the synth-folk goodness for yourself!
