TONIGHT: In-Store w/ W-H-I-T-E @ 6pm & HUME @ 7pm

W-H-I-T-E is probably the most un-googleable band to date. We found information about the color white, white people, and a band...according to google, Alan White, the drummer from Yes, will be coming into our loft tonight. From the picture above you can tell that this is not true. So all we can give you for this band is a link to their bandcamp. I mean we don't even know this guys name, so come in at 6 pm and find out with us!

HUME is coming into the store to perform at 7 pm. HUME is not un-googleable, it's just they apparently don't like to share their personal information with the world wide web. We know they are from Washington, DC and their names are Britton, Wilson, Peter and Joey. We don't have a complete bio, but we can share links...Website, Facebook, Myspace, Tumblr, Bandcamp.

They will be promoting the four records that they have put out. The most recent one was a 7" called "Inverse Fireworks". Their songs are characterized by higher pitched vocals, quick riffs, fast piano strokes, and bass and drums to match. It almost reminds us of playing a video game on speed. HUME is following along similar strides as bands like Delicate Steve, Zach Hill of Hella, and Dustin Wong of Ponytail; but more on the pop side. Listen to the tracks below and make sure you come in for these performance tonight! It will be epic.
