These Baltimore space-wavers' sophomore album, "Nootropics" (on Ribbon Records) ventures away from the more poppy sound of their debut, and explores Jana Hunter's vocal capacity with more experimental sound. Their music is intricately layered and gives off a sleepy ambiance that scored them touring positions with Beach House and Deerhunter.
